using sim for wifi hub not a handset

I have a pay as you go contract and want to use the sim in a caravan WiFi hub- how do we get this to work

Hey @Claire Disney,

Should be plug and play.

If it’s PAYG (not to be mistaken with PAYM which is a monthly contract)

You will need to purchase a recurring bundle or top-up to use allowances.

 

If it’s a PAYM (monthly contract) then it should have allowances refresh each month.

 

You’ll need to consult the manual to find how to edit the Access Point Names (APN) settings and ensure you’ve got the correct APN settings as here: 

 

Also to register for an account, the SIM needs to be put in a phone first as we send a code as part of this registration process.
