Hi

i I have tried all the tips about reentering my phone number, airplane mode, network reset etc

 

i have contacted my bank and they say they have a record of the codes being sent. 
 

I have an eSIM on an iPhone 15 so I can’t try the sim it in a different phone. 

I transferred my old number to ID  so I assume this is the problem 

do I need to leave ID to get this to work

Thanks for the replies

I have tried live chat 3 times, all of them with different answers and none of them worked. I’m now waiting for the Technical Department to come back to me
