I'm a very unhappy customer, my sim card has been cloned, as a communication company ID mobile is the worst for trying to speak to someone, still haven't managed too. Can someone please contact me, you are a mobile phone company that doesn't communicate by phone.

Unfortunately @Barry King, despite being a telecoms company, iD Mobile customer service, help & support options are entirely online. 

Contact iD Mobile online at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, on Facebook Messenger or X. 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - the iD bot works 24/7.
