Viewing and Downloading Bills

I have the latest Samsung Galaxy S24 phone. I am unable to view my bills or download them. I get the following message:-

 "To use pictures/videos/media files,allow application to access Storage. Tap Settings->Permissions and turn Storage on".

 

When I click on Settings it takes me to:-

 

Notifications which shows Blocked. When I click on this it takes me to:-

"Allow notifications"  which are off but will not let me turn them ON.

 

My wife has an older Samsung Galaxy and she is having the same problem.

 

What should I do?

I’m sorry to hear this, it may be worth instead of using the app/website in this case to try logging in via the website and downloading bills via there.

Which make and model handset are you using?
