Voice mail - not set up - won't accept any PIN

As above. No matter what pin I enter to set it up - its not accepted. I have 4 VMs i can’t access.

It seems that iD Mobile’s network partner (Three UK) are migrating customers to a new voicemail system @Vicky Pulman

Perhaps your mailbox is being migrated at the moment - anyway, the online iD Live Chat customer support team should be able to check your iD account, and hopefully assist. 

The online agents work until 8pm on weekdays. 
Begin chatting at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (works via a popup window in your browser) - just type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
