Voicemail notifications.

For as long as I have had iDmobile I have been receiving 2 or 3 voicemail notifications daily when there are none left .

Cannot remember how many years,sorry.I think I have tried all the so called fixes but none works.

I have always had an iPhone just different models.When changing models the problem is transferred to the new one.

I pass on my old model to my wife and she does not have the same problem.

I can only conclude its something to do with the actual sim card.Is there any way I can finally get rid of this really annoying problem?

Have you tried a replacement SIM card @cslogg?

I gave not tried a replacement sim.I did not even know I could.

As long as its the same number,that might be the way to go.

Just need to find out who to contact.

You can collect a replacement SIM from your nearest Currys store, or use the online Live Chat to ask for one to be sent by post.

Hi @cslogg 

 

That’s very strange, we should only send out notifications for voicemail if there actually is one, are you able to mute the notifications on your device?

 

It could be worth trying a replacement SIM card as @andewhite says, one can be picked up via any Currys store and activated via the app/website.
