wants to keep my current sim

Hello I’d mobile team,

I had bought a phone with sim contract and I want to keep switch to id mobile. I want to keep my existing number which is connected to Vodafone. How can I change my number ? I had requested to website to change sim with pac number but still haven’t got any results yet.

Just get a PAC from Vodafone, for the mobile number you want to keep, then give the Vodafone PAC to iD Mobile to use with your new handset + line rental contract.
