I have tried switching for a few times already, and even changed my LASTNAME to all capital letters and I keep getting the same error. I have tried website and phone app, nothing works. The transaction code starts with 4 and i have the PAC number from my old network since yesterday. Is this a temporary problem and I should try again tomorrow or do I need to go to a Currys to get it sorted?
