My phone is due to switch over today.
Ive read that it can take til 10pm.
However i can recieve phone calls texts from some people but not others is this right during the process.
How will i know when its completed?

When I joined iD there was a period of around 5-hours when I had no services - from the time my old provider’s SIM became inactive, until the number I was keeping worked with the iD SIM card.
My transfer was completed by 3pm, on the scheduled date.
