I’ve tried this numerous times and have never seen a Live Chat Button. Does this feature exist?

Like the rest of their service it seems to be in meltdown - unbelievable how awful this company is

Hi @chemitrol is it possible you have the pop up disabled on your browser? Please can you try clearing your cache/cookies or try a different browser?
