What numbers are included in my allowance

Hi Barry.

Standard mobile, landlines, and freephone numbers would be inclusive (the ones that eat away at that 500 minutes allowance).

If you so happened to use up all those minutes though, then you can find the "outside of plan" charges in the link Terry has kindly provided above.

what countries are included, what prefixes to uk numbers are outside the allowance.

there must be a list of what calls that aren’t included or are included in the allowance.

please I.D. it must be legal requirement to tell customers what will be charged.
