where is my contract?

Just got an iD sim only deal, but the service is terrible in my area. I want to cancel my contract in the cooling off period, but they are trying to charge me full cancellation price. So difficult to get through to someone and I cannot find a copy of my contract on the app or website.

The cooling off period changes depending whereabouts you purchased your item(s).

Your first iD bill should give you an idea of when the contract began.
