Why cant I get on to websites with age limits ?

Last 2 days i cant watch certain youtube videos or get on to certain websites etc ?

    In the ID app go to services and scroll down to the bottom. There is an adult content filtering setting make sure it's off. If you are on wifi your home internet may have it's own filtering settings to check.

    Hi @Dazsav1 

     

    As @Ngh says if you’re having issues with age gated content while on mobile data I’d recommend checking the iD Mobile app to make sure Adult Content Filtering is turned off!

     

    If you’re having issues on WiFi the restrictions will be on the WiFi/device side.
