I have just received my final bill and there is a charge for disconnection on there. however i was out of contract (pac issued). so i am guessing this is an error. please can this be rectified.

A final bill would be given any time a disconnection is done (via 30 day disconnection or PAC code), if you leave the network before your contracted period has ended, you’d owe through to that date.
What date did your contracted period end?
