I've been endlessly trying to contact I'd mobile with no prevail and all I want to do is use the live chat that they offer but there isn't any links and when I click the help and support tab on the app it pops up with an alert the reads "no help available" I need awnsers.
why isnt there a contact number for id mobile? i want to change my plan.

I am struggling with same situation. Nobody is free for customers. That's why I am thinking to leave this service.
I find this service appalling and totally inaccessible. It would be fine if things worked but they don’t.
