I’ve recently moved to iD Mobile. The mobile coverage is awful in my home and nearby streets. Unfortunately, the cancellation period is now over, so I’m stuck with it.

Sorry to hear about the issue you’re having with network coverage. When indoors or connected to a secure Wi-Fi network, we’d recommend using Wi-Fi Calling. This ensures you’re connected when in an area with weak network coverage.
As for our 4G network, our network partners Three are actively working on improving our 4G/5G network across the UK, which you should hopefully benefit from in the near future.
