Hello, I have signed up for a new contract and my phone hasn’t come yet, I want to know when it coming? The bloke said the 2nd October to currys store and will I be charged switching my moblie number over to my new contract with you?

+26Has the minimum term for your existing mobile contract finished yet
If not, your existing service provider would charge an early termination fee when you switch your number to iD Mobile.
