Will turning off 3G fix the congestion issues?

Will turning off 3G fix the congestion issues? Currently when using mobile data in Birmingham city centre, whether it's 4G or 5G, it's almost unusably slow. I usually switch to 3G manually as 3G is faster than 4G and 5G in Birmingham city centre.

It's quite concerning knowing my only backup will be switched off

    I don’t believe the switch off of 3G would change anything with 4G/5G.

     

    Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?
