Within cooling off period but want to change deal

I am within the 14 day cooling off period but would like more data. Is it possible to switch my deal to the 8GB for £8 deal?

Hi @ps2mint

 

You can’t switch a tariff until you’ve had it for at least 30 days.  So we could cancel it and you can take out a new one, or you could wait until next month and change it then.

Can i switch such that deal is applicable after 30 days but details can be captured during cooling period?

On a separate note how can we reach to ID Customer service - when we call→ click options 4 and 2→ asks for customer service pin calls get disconnect. On chat, when we ask for customer service via chat to agent then get a message that all customers services agents are busy and try again.
