wnat a physical sim not an esim

I am moving from another network and ordered an esim but now I see the phone is not esim compatible can I change my order to a physical SIM

Hey @Jamesjams, if you need a replacement SIM card, then you can collect one from any Currys store during opening hours, simply ask a member of staff for one, and once you have it, you can activate it below:

Or, you can contact our live-chat to send a replacement SIM via post, and have them activate it for you once you get it:
