Good evening. I just signed the contract and requested transfer, I provided my Pac but today I received confirmation of the order with another number. Can I change it or shall I cancel the contract?

The number you wanted to keep won’t be linked to your iD SIM card until it’s been transferred to iD Mobile
What date to you select for your switch, when you signed the contract?
