My wife informed me yesterday my txt's to her phone are coming up from the temporary number that came with my new Id Mobile sim. despite my old number being ported over correctly. Phone calls and whatapp are correct, its just the txt’s that are wrong, if she txt's my number its ok, if she txt's or calls the temp number she gets number unavailable.
All txt's to other number show my correct number?
The only thing I can think off is I did txt' her on the temp number, before my prober number was ported over to test the line and the new phone.
The phone is a Samsung s20+
I have tried turning of the phone,
Taking out the sim
Restarting the phone after 5 mins
Turning off the phone
Reinserting sim
Starting the phone
It made no difference
