Fix your app, I can’t log into my old account, I can’t top up anything, sometimes I have to struggle to use wifi in shops because I can’t top up data, fix your app!!!! graaagagagag!

Have you tried registering for the iD Mobile app?
You’ll need to register for the new iD Mobile app even if you registered to the previous one.
