id mobile sorry your service does not allow access to this number

I keep getting a voice message ‘sorry your service does not allow access to this number’ when I try to ring out.

It first happened when I was cut off from a telephone conversation yesterday at 18.20.  I’ve not been able to make any calls since.

I have switched my phone off several times & installed an update, but it remains a problem.
 

Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Is this happening when you call one particular number or all calls please?

Can you please confirm your postcode and the make/model of your handset?
