I lost my phone but managed to retrieve it after someone found it. ID blocked my sim and blacklisted the handset when I reported it lost. I’ve had three live chats with customer support where they assure me the handset is off the blacklist and to restart my phone in an hour. It is still blacklisted more than 48 hours after requesting to unblock it. How do I get this dealt with?
