Since I got my plan I put that I would not like to expend more than my plan. For the past almost 2 years I was charged 24.99 my plan. This month I just got a 90£ bill..how come?

- Is there malware / spyware installed on your phone?
- Are the extra charges identified on the PDF copy of your iD bill?

- Have you made any changes to your payment method recently?
- Have you upgraded or changed your plan at all?
- How have you viewed this invoice?
- Does it detail what the charges are in relation to?
- When you access the iD Mobile app, is the spend cap still showing active via the settings?
