I have ordered a new phone which never arrived due to issues with DPD. I then spent ages on the phone to complaints department who all were very nice and understanding and assured me that I would get a refund. A week later I received “final” bill so it ended up costing me nearly £100 for absolutely nothing.
I will not be buying from ID mobile again, appalling service!!
disappointed, out of pocket and no phone arrived!
