ID mobile switch hasn’t happened

Hello, I’ve has the email confirming that my switch to ID mobile has been complete, but my phone has zero connection to any network. So it doesn’t feel like it’s complete…

Did you use your iD SIM successfully, prior to switching your number to iD, ​@Josh Coull

Hey there ​@Josh Coull, have you tried restarting your phone with the SIM card inside? 

 

Did it only complete today?
