painful being with ID mobile


Chat is way too slow. Spent 2 hours and got nowhere.

I’m trying to upgrade as my contract runs out in 2 months but for some reason I’m failing security checks. Online chat is just a pure joke. No number to speak to anyone so I’m forced to go back to Vodafone.

@Paul Murphy75 please call the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further or upgrade through the app/website.

Should’ve given me a number to call instead of spending hours on the online chat.
communication is key and ID mobile is poor at it so I’ve decided I’ll be cancelling my contract next month. 
it shouldn’t be this hard to get a new handset and contract and If memory serves right the initial set up was poor too, I had no service for a few weeks.

We are an online company, not having lots of call center's allows us to pass on our savings to our customers.

All due respect ID mobile need better customer service. I’d rather pay more for issues that need that human interaction not a call centre from an East European country. 
Now ID Mobile have lost a customer because of a glitch that won’t let me buy a handset.
