Do 0800 numbers use your inclusive minutes on a pay monthly plan?

    Hey @IanBeale 

    I am pretty sure that calls made to 0800 or 0808 are free (as long as call is made from UK) of charge from all provides as this was regulated by Ofcom few years ago. I am not sure though if this is taken from free minutes allowance or its like completely free without charging your free minutes.

    Yes, as confirmed by @Gregor; 0800 calls are free and should not be taken from your allowances. You can find a full list of our other charges by using this link.  :slight_smile:
