I ordered a new phone from ID upgrading my son's monthly sim I want to move my mobile service from another provider so I asked them for a PAC code ... easy enough!
I sent the PAC code to ID along with the transaction ID from the new phone and the ID number that I want to change to my other service provider number that I want to keep ... easy enough!
Why then are ID incapable of activating my PAC code? I am paying two providers uncessarily ... your call centre is not being manned. How can I get someone to sort this out ASAP
