I want to unlock my ID iphone .. I’ve upgraded to newer model and I want to give this one to my granddaughter who has a different SIM card … I am keeping my id SIM card /contract .. just putting into a new phone .. I have been on chat but the robot responds by advising to put in sim (which I have and it doesn’t work because the phone is locked) .. I’ve tried phoning ID but it’s all taped messages.. all I want to to do is to unlock my phone ..
