direct debit not paid

I’m a new customer to ID mobile, My first direct debit payment was due to come out on the 18/12/20 there were sufficient funds in my account but the payment hasn’t been taken. What do I do. It would be really helpful to be able to speak with someone. 
please get back to me.

In order to make a manual payment for your bill call 7777 from your iD phone, or 0333 003 7777 from a landline or other mobile. (Charges may vary)

Select Option 2

Hear your balance, make a payment
