I’ve paid for my bill manually but it’s also taken a direct debit of the same amount as well

Hi @Kyra Chilcott-reed, in future, I’d simply recommend leaving the Direct Debit to do its thing.

If you’d like a refund of the overpayment, just speak to the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams. Otherwise, the payment will stay on your account as a credit and will cover your next bill.
