Too late now, took you guys days to reply. ID mobile customer number is automated service, and quite annoying. I tried doing it online, but got rejected, even though I, ve been with ID mobile for donkey years. Guess what, I went online to Buy mobiles, filled my details, credit done in minutes, boom next day delivery, for the same price as ID mobile, and my son is happy with his new iPhone Pro max, unlimited data, unlimited text and unlimited calls, plus fully insured. So you know what I, m going to say dight""I will be leaving ID mobile soon as I get a better offer, when I 12month ID mobile ends" "
