I requested my girls redesign as an unexpected Christmas present for herself and it has accompanied an entire in the container and the box is squashes. Can't track down any kind of email to contact ID portable and am somewhat baffled.

I didn’t quite get that as there may have been some auto correct meddling there.
If I understood, you purchased a contract/upgrade from us and the box DPD delivered was damaged and squashed?
Are the contents of the package fine and phone un-damaged?
