I've changed my phone contract to another company because since October 2022 I've not been able to get a signal for making calls or connect to the mobile data. This company is a joke and there going into liquidation in Ireland very soon. It won't be long before this happens in the UK. Don't renew your contract with ID Mobile because if they go bust then you could lose your number.
