Promtion didnt come witb order

I ordered a Samsung s22 whilst there was a promotion where I get wireless earphones and fast charger but I only received the phone.

    The promotion was only valid for selected unlimited tariffs only @Marc Barrow? 

    Did the tariff you purchased with your S22 qualify?
