id mobile site not working

Trying to get a sim deal for my son, but it just says "the requested URL was rejected", contact your service provider- which is you.

    I tried many things, including through the app, different browsers and devices, WiFi and mobile data.

    I gave up and got a deal with o2 instead.

    Perhaps so - originally started life as BT Cellnet, and now 50% owned by Liberty Global (of the USA). Next to giffgaff and Sky Mobile, O2 look over-priced.
