how to upgrade to SIM only ?

Hi 

my contract is up and of feb how do I upgrade to SIM only ?,  all I can see on the app is upgrade phones which I don’t want to be tied into £44 a month when I can get a sim with same for £10 ish

Hi @Chris Oconnor 

 

Once the contracted term end date has been met SIM only upgrades will appear in the iD Mobile app/website, if your contract is up in February, I’d recommend checking again at that time.
