Complaint communications

Hello all,

I have made a complaint to iD Mobile back in June and last week received a letter from iD Mobile Complaints Team. Not happy with their approach - the only way for me to sort this out seems to be either calling by phone or sending a letter. I am almost deaf and would prefer emailing rather. Does anyone know how or who to contact to proceed with my complaint? Tired of online chatting as they always ask the same security questions and only tell that they will forward the complaint to the team. Not very helpful as it has always been their response. I cannot contact Ombudsman yet as I cannot get in touch with the iD Mobile team in a way that is most suitable for me. Please help.

Have you tried our Live Chat service? Simply type ‘Speak to someone’ and you’ll get through to a representative.

Hello there Matthew T thank you for your reply above. Yes, used the Live Chat many times due to the fact they have no or little clue who to contact and how to solve the issue. Also couple of times I have been cut off by the operators at Live Chat https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat as they seemed not to have patience enough to wait for my reply. The Live Chat is struggling to function properly. Some of the operators sound like machines I am not sure whether they read my messages properly? It’s all cut & paste for them! 😮 Still waiting for someone to get back to me I’m afraid.
