I have made a complaint to iD Mobile back in June and last week received a letter from iD Mobile Complaints Team. Not happy with their approach - the only way for me to sort this out seems to be either calling by phone or sending a letter. I am almost deaf and would prefer emailing rather. Does anyone know how or who to contact to proceed with my complaint? Tired of online chatting as they always ask the same security questions and only tell that they will forward the complaint to the team. Not very helpful as it has always been their response. I cannot contact Ombudsman yet as I cannot get in touch with the iD Mobile team in a way that is most suitable for me. Please help.
