I have just switched from EE and bought a new phone with Id and contract and I can’t ring anyone or have any map facility or what’s app unless on WiFi

Is your SIM working are you able to receive calls etc?

It sounds like your SIM may be faulty, you can get a new SIM from your local Curry’s store.

Alternatively you can contact our Live Chat Team for a replacement SIM.
