My September bill has as £34.99 roaming charge I didn’t request

Have you been abroad? If so which country did you visit?

Charges would only be applied for calls,texts or data that have been used.

I was in Turkey from 18-25 August but didn’t use my phone as my daughter had data usage on hers. I didn’t request for the roaming charge to be applied as I knew I didn’t need it but it has been and as you can see my phone wasn’t being used during that week.

Hi @Vicky Friar 

 

It sounds like you device has connected to a network in a non-inclusive roaming country (such as Turkey), we’d recommend the following for details on charges for usage while in Turkey.

In any case, to avoid roaming charges (or any unwanted extra charges) we’d recommend using and adjusting the bill cap.
