Can't make calls for two days now
Exactly the same! Not had for two days. Got in touch after 3.5hrs of waiting and two different people with the live chat Told me to go to curry’s and get replacement sim (I have eSIM) which I have done… that was nearly 2 hrs ago and still not worked but said could take up to 3 hrs so hopefully works!

I would advise that you enable VoLTE via your handset settings.
It’s also worth checking the number is correct in your call settings.
