Hi all.
I immediately canceleld my phoen when I thought I had lost it. However, I then found it again. I’d like to unblock but have been trying to acces the ID Mobile app for over 24 hours now and continually receive the same message that “oops something went wrong…..high number of users. Please try again later” and so I can’t access the app and unblock. Similarly when i try to log in via the website on my laptop I get the message that “we’ve sent you a text”. I then can’t receive this text of course. This is very frustrating. Please can anyone advise what I can do?
I lost my phone and so cancelled but phone has now been found again so I want to unlock
