Hi. I got extra 19 pounds on my bill for Premium Message. I am sure I not send any messages. How I can stop this and I want to get my money back because nobody saves me from this. Maybe next month will be 1000 pounds 😪

Your next month wouldn’t be £1000, there is a spend cap limit, as well as you being able to set your own bill cap to ensure that you don’t go over a certain amount you set.
