Yesterday I was subject to somebody trying to get into my bank account. They did this by changing the login details for my ID account, transferring my numbers (I have 2) to an E-Sim and then re registering for online banking. 

 

I have now managed to get my numbers transfered back, and the email changed. I now need two things:

 

1. I'm now trying to get back into the app and it says my details are incorrect, this worries me after the last 24 hours

2. I want ID to up the security to stop this happening again. Maybe implement sending identification when changing details such as an email and address and other critical information. 

I would also say the introduction of E-sims is going to cause havoc for the reasons I have had over the past 24 hours
