No calls can be made or received

The nightmare of iD continues. Having been told everything is set up and working, I’ve discovered that I can’t make any calls (Call failed message received every time) nor receive any. This is the last straw. Please don’t advise me to ring customer services or make a complaint as no response is ever received and the on-line chat is hopeless.

I hope cancelling the Direct Debit is straightforward!

Please note, cancelling the direct debit doesn’t cancel the contract, and can lead to payments being chased.
