Joined iD mobile 4 months ago and from my experience I really don’t know how theyre still operating.

Coverage map is a load of bo**ocks, pretty much 90% of the places I go the data speeds are unusable.

Going to go back to Vodafone this weekend. Never had such issues with them.

Going to refuse to pay any further bills to iD and if they want to go down the legal route i’ll be more than happy to.

Anybody tried leaving early for the same reason?

Hi @Smithyyy88

I’m sorry to hear you feel this way, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues? How long have you had these issues?

The coverage map is based on estimates, it may not always been correct and actual usage may vary.

It’s also worth noting that speeds are not guaranteed anywhere.

Refusing to pay your bills would not mean your plan is ended, it’ll just mean that bills continue to be owed and your credit file may be affected.
