Hi i have had my phone delivered its s24 and comes with a free laptop but i need email with invoice number and the actual invoice showing that i actually got the s24 and the date of purchase i need this to get laptop of i cant get it i wont keep the phone the free laptop was a big part of me taking the contract out

I'm having the same issue and need to contact someone in ID mobile to obtain my invoice/payment number!
Speak to them on X(Twitter) is best way they do reply and will sort it out for you they did me dont waste your time with them idiots on live chat .I just actually got my claim for the laptop approved today and it takes up to another 45 days to come but yeah go on twitter put there name in search bar and direct message them and they will email you what you need just say you need a full invoice with your invoice number on it so you can claim the laptop keep your on eye your messages for replies. When did you get the phone you only have so long to do it I'm sure it ends soon
